Afraid of bandaids????

Have you ever seen a child who is afraid of bandaids????? Well I have to say I think I have the ONLY child on the universe who is afraid of bandaids!!! My sis was watching Jackson tonight and he got a cut on his finger....she brought out the bandaids, and he threw a royal fit! She said he literally screamed until the bandaids were put away!!! Oh my ....Holland has gone through an entire box in one night before....so I have the 2 opposite extremes!!!! one who loves them and one who hates them!!! Valerie asked Jackson if he wanted a bandaid after my sis told us this story, and he screamed no and started crying!!! If anyone has heard this, please let me know!!! Or I will assume I have the one and only child who doesn't think bandaids work miracles! :)

School Shopping fun!!!

Ok.....so today was so much fun! My sister watched the little ones while Valerie and I hit the South Town mall for the ever fun school shopping! I have so many awesome memories of my mom and dad taking me school shopping to the University Mall in Orem every year....my dad would hand us $200 and go hit a bench and read while my poor mom was stuck going in and out of stores with my sister and me. Well today, Valerie and I went by ourselves for the first time ever!!! We have always had the boys with us before and the last 3 years we've had little ones with us, so today it was a mom and valerie day.....I must say that it was fun to shop! I can't wait to lose weight so I can do some shopping of my own!!!! Shopping for little sizes is so much more fun!!! She got way cute things from Deb, Charolotte Ruse, Rue 21, and 5,7.9 (that used to be my fav store.....haven't been able to shop in that one forever!!!! We went out to eat at Panda express, then went to Abs to get shakes for my sis and her family for watching the little ones for so long! oh and did I mention we got awesome ideas!!!! If you want to find good deals go to thatwentwell.blogspot.com....I love it! it always has coupons, and deals all over....we even got free dog food from target...the one place we didn't get to was Office max...i had a coupon for 1 penny!!!!! sigh....hopefully it will come up again!!! Anyway, I'm tired after a long, but fun day at the mall!!!

I'm so excited!

I finally started my first blog...well it's actually my second, but my first one, I can't sign into.... I can't remember what password I used for it, so could never get in!! Today was a good day for a monday!! I actually got to work at a decent hour, hence got home at a decent hour!! We had family night...on the holy ghost...it was kind of frustrating to say the least, but after the kids and I played candy land....then cleaned up and bathed the kiddies.....Jackson said my ball when Holland took the ball from him...he is starting to talk more! wha hoo!! I love how when you ask him a question, and his answer is yes, he says "up"....it is so dang cute...when the answer is no, he shakes his head no! He is the pickiest eater I have had so far...he could live on gogurt, cheese and bread!!! It is so funny to watch this blue eyed, blonde hair boy grow.....I just love being a mom!!! IT is by far my greatest calling on this earth!!! I just wish I could be better at it!!! Someday, I hope to master it!!
